NaughtyAlliance ("we", "us", "our") operates naughtyalliance.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
We collect very little personal data. Here is a full breakdown:
- Age verification: When you confirm you are 18+, we store a flag in your browser's local storage on your device. It is kept for 30 days so you are not re-prompted on every visit, and it never leaves your device.
- Click data (on-device by default): When you click a creator's platform link, we keep a short history of those clicks in your browser's local storage so we can show you "trending" creators. This stays on your device.
- Click analytics (only with your consent): If — and only if — you press "Accept analytics" on our consent banner, we also send an anonymous record of that click (which creator and platform link, the page you were on, and the referring page) to our own server. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) adds your IP address, country, and browser type to its request logs in the process. We use this only to understand which creators are popular. If you decline or ignore the banner, none of this is sent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
- Application form submissions: If you apply to join as a creator, the stage name, email address, platform links, and message you enter are sent to our form processor and forwarded to us so we can respond. We do not maintain a long-term database of applicants.
- Infrastructure logs: Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may collect access logs including IP addresses, browser type, and referring URLs as part of standard network operations. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Information
- Application submissions are used solely to evaluate and respond to creator applications.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Links
This site links to third-party platforms including OnlyFans, ManyVids, and Fansly. When you click these links, you leave our site and become subject to those platforms' privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Instead, we use your browser's local storage to remember your age confirmation, theme choice, favorites, and analytics consent — this data stays on your device. Cloudflare may set functional cookies as part of DDoS protection and performance optimization. Our consent banner controls whether anonymous click analytics are sent to our server, as described in Section 1.
5. Children
This site is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a minor, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we hold very little data, these rights primarily apply to application form submissions.

7. Data Retention
Application submissions are retained only as long as needed to evaluate your application and respond to you. We do not maintain a long-term database of applicants.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
